Property Features of Agoura Hills Corporate Ridge

Established in 1989 by Scott Fouts, Fouts Electric Corp. provides commercial electrical services in Los Angeles, California, and its surrounding areas. Among the projects Fouts Electric Corp. has completed are the Los Angeles Ronald McDonald House and Agoura Hills Corporate Ridge.

Agoura Hills Corporate Ridge, located in Los Angeles County, is a 72,181-square-foot planned unit development spanning 24 acres. The business property consists of 40 units that overlook desert landscaping and mountainous terrains. Along with a large two-story lobby, the Ridge offers conference rooms, double-paned windows, perimeter shading, and spacious private balconies. To support the demands of the large infrastructure, concrete metal decking was incorporated into the second floor to dampen sound and improve structural integrity.

Scheu Development Company spearheaded project coordination of the Ridge, along with the collaborative efforts of Daum Commercial Real Estate Services. Other companies integral to the facility’s development include Citizens Business Bank, Vinci & Associates, and Environmental Patterns, Inc.

Located along California’s Ventura Freeway within the burgeoning Technology Corridor, Agoura Hills Corporate Ridge offers both abundant office space and convenient access to local landmarks, presenting stunning views of the Santa Monica Mountains and Conejo Valley. The two-building complex encompasses 40 individual units across a total of 72,180 square feet. Surrounded by a sprawling courtyard, the Ridge offers a peaceful working environment and includes outdoor seating areas and abundant parking. Already home to a number of Internet, telecommunications, and biotechnology companies, the Conejo Valley region has since welcomed additional tech-based firms, including wireless software company Qualutation Systems, Inc., as a result of the Ridge’s construction.

Los Angeles Ronald McDonald House

Founded by Scott Fouts, Fouts Electric Corp. in 1989. An electrical contracting company, Fouts Electric Corp. has worked on more than 2,000 projects since its inception, including the Los Angeles Ronald McDonald House.

Located near downtown Los Angeles, the Los Angeles Ronald McDonald House was established more than three decades ago. A program offered through the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southern California, the home provides a temporary residence for families who wish to stay nearby their ailing children as they undergo treatment. As of 2014, more than 25,000 families have stayed at the house, many of which have loved ones admitted to nearby Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, Shriners Hospital, and Kaiser Permanente – Sunset.

The Los Angeles Ronald McDonald House accommodates up to 75 families. It includes amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen to prepare family meals. While the establishment spends $90 a night to provide shelter to a single family, guests are only asked to contribute a nominal $25 fee per day. However, no guests are turned away due to their inability to pay.
